We worked with 20SOMETHING’s character casting brief to devise faces, voices, and identities that could work to achieve a persuasive, nuanced performance.
We ran the process like a formal casting, with a methodical production pipeline and detailed documentation at every step. We used AI agents to manage increasingly complex prompts, outputting in JSON script format, which gave the team the consistency and control needed across every layer of every character. Appearance, voice, knowledge base, personality, all built from one unified core identity, so each avatar wasn't just a static face but a believable, coherent individual capable of passing as real.
This was the hero film of the whole Esports World Cup 2025 video suite. The event opener was designed to set the emotional tone before the kick-off.
